Clutching Feathers [full extension]

- For left hand hair-grab [pulling in to punch w/right hand?]

I.                     Beat 1:

1.        Grab attacker’s left [hair-grabbing] hand.

2.        Pin his hand to your head, keeping your forearm directly in front of your face to protect you from being hit.

II.                   Beat 2:

1.        Step left foot back into right-forward bow – keeping back, neck and head straight; and holding the attacker’s left hand firmly to pull him forward and off balance.

2.        As you rotate into right-neutral bow:

3.        Do a right-snapping vertical punch with an extended middle knuckle into the nerve pack in the attackers left arm-pit, using the rotational torque from step II-2 to add power to the strike.

III.                 Beat 3:

1.        As you rotate into a right-forward bow:

2.        Left heel-palm to attacker’s nose [?] [letting go of attacker’s left hand] – using the rotational torque from step III-1 to add power to the strike.

3.        Right extended-outward block to attacker’s left arm [the one you were just holding]

IV.                 Beat 4:

1.        Pause – to allow attacker to bring his head forward after the heel-palm strike.

2.        As you rotate into right-neutral bow:

3.        Right inward-raking back-knuckle across the attacker’s nose – trying to bounce each knuckle across the bridge of the nose.

V.                   Beat 5:

1.        As you step into a forward twist:

2.        Right inverted-hammerfist into the attacker’s groin.

3.        Left reverse punch to attacker’s head

VI.                 Beat 6:

1.        Stay in forward-twist stance.

2.        Right inward elbow to attacker’s head [temple or mastoid process] using the left hand to sandwich the attacker’s head into the elbow.

VII.               Beat 7:

1.        Stay in forward-twist stance.

2.        Left hand does inward-rake [left-to-right] across attacker’s eyes.

VIII.             Beat 8:

1.        Left hand does outward-rack [right-to-left] back across the attacker’s eyes again.

2.        Right hand does outward rake [left-to-right] across attacker’s neck or chest.

3.        Right step-through knee-strike into attacker’s groin or bladder as he is pushed up by the previous two steps. This will bring the attacker’s head back down.

IX.                Beat 9:

1.        As your right foot plants into a right-neutral bow from the previous knee-strike:

2.        Downward right-hammerfist into the back of the attacker’s neck using marriage of gravity from the planting of the right foot.

X.                  Beat 10:

1.        As you rotate around to the left [counter-clockwise] into a reverse bow

2.        Use a frictional strike to the mastoid process with the inside of your right-fist to pull the attacker in the direction you are now facing.

3.        Step-through right-knee strike to the attacker’s face.

4.        Drop attacker

5.        Cover-out

6.        Run before the cops show up. J
